Customer needs

In the recruiting phase, during the self-assessment of the candidates, FCA found that the test they used as a company did not correctly evaluate the soft skills needed for specific job roles. Therefore in 2017 they asked all the recruitment agencies collaborating with them to provide a personalized test in order to measure a specific set of characteristics for all candidates.

Project development

Eggup’s work has focused on creating a test that would 100% fit their specifications and be scientifically validated.

The needs were:

  • To find resources in line with all the required skills;
  • To draw up a “go / no-go” scoring system to evaluate if the candidates were suited to be admitted to the final interview stage.

Project results

Thanks to our test, Randstad Italia S.p.A. was able to propose candidates perfectly aligned with the needs of their client. In fact, our framework has allowed Randstad Italia S.p.A. to offer 60% more matching candidates compared to the competition.
