National statistics by Unicredit report that 99.8% of the candidates usually do not arrive at the final interview stage. In the existing Candidate Experience process of Gi Group there were no personalized suggestions to job posts nor useful tips for personal growth.
Eggup intervened with the creation of a customized test for My Gi Group users, which would allow both candidates to discover job posts or career paths in line with their work interests and Gi Group to orient people in a new way.
At the end of the questionnaire, candidates receive a badge with the main interests detected and are informed about the training paths or job posts most in line with their profile. They also receive suggestions for short courses in preparation for the interview, videos, films or readings aimed at the development of a certain personality trait.
The Candidate Advanced Paths created by Eggup for Gi Group have the following main objectives: Developing HR Analytics for the company; Strengthening the Employer Branding and Improving the Candidate Engagement level.
