Involving more than 500 top managers in a Change Management project is never an easy task, even if your name is TIM and you’ve got more than 55000 employees.

This project was aimed at improving team creation processes and role assignment dynamics in order to develop innovative projects. TIM has asked Eggup to work on a scientific evaluation of the team’s most suitable roles for the various participants. Our task was to measure the specific roles (problem solver, co-worker, scheduler, surveyor and achiever) in a team and to combine them in the most effective way.

Project development

The use of our matching algorithm, combined with tests on soft skills, allowed us to suggest the company’s management the best combinations to create teams at the top of their potential.

Project results

After the training program, TIM shared with us their internal evaluations on the satisfaction rate regarding the suggested working groups. Result? More than 80% of managers were completely satisfied with the team they have been assigned to.
